The Making of Our Sculpture

In Term 1, we were learning about Change. Every class had to make a sculpture that would be displayed in OUR LIVING CLASSROOM. A5 decided to use old tyres and changed it into an amazing sculpture.

We called it 'Mega Star - Tama nui te Ra'

Here is a description about Mega Star:

"A5 has created this sculpture after gaining inspiration from Maui and the sun. Our school is in the east which is where the sun rises, so now even when it is a rainy day, Papatoetoe East will always have its own sun shining in our fantastic Living Classroom."
